Algarrobo is a commune and city of the central coast and also an exclusive spa, located in the province of San Antonio, in the Region of Valparaíso, Chile. It is known as the Nautical Capital of Chile, since here are practiced all kinds of water sports, such as sailing, surfing and others. Its name is due to the abundance of the algarrobo tree.
